The
Trois Estate Cancellation Policies
Once you have made a reservation with The Trois Estate, you
have agreed to the Cancellation Policy listed below.
You have agreed you will pay for all services, products reservations,
and applicable taxes that you, or those using your credit card,
have ordered. You agree that you are of legal age to enter into
this agreement. You also agree that all the information you have
furnished to The Trois Estate is true and accurate.
The Trois Estate is not responsible for injury to guests
or their invitees or damage/loss to their property.
We accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and American Express.
We will accept personal or company check.
You will need to hold your reservation with a credit card
guarantee. If you cancel 10 days or more before check-in date, your
credit card will be charged $35.00 for the cancellation.
A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will
be made for failure to cancel 10 days or more before check-in date.
In other words, if you cancel 10 days or less prior to the arrival
date of your confirmed reservation, you will be charged full price
unless we are able to rebook your reservation dates.
Group Reservations Cancellation Policy
A group is defined as any person or party reserving Five
(5) units either in the same name or different names. A 50% deposit
is required at the time of the booking, the additional 50% balance
due will be charged to the guarantors credit card 21 days before
time of arrival. For cancellations 21 days or more days before time
of arrival, a $35.00 per unit charge will be applied. Cancellations
20 days or less before the time of arrival will result in loss of
the entire deposit and unless we can rebook the units, the amount
will be charged for each room.
