| To reserve your date we require a refundable deposit and half the rental rate. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. If you request the services of our Events Specialist a
20% gratuity will be included in the contract. This service includes assisting in designing your Wedding or Special event, assisting in hiring other services, facility layout planning, itemized time line of events, assistance with booking entertainment, and being present during your event to oversee every detail. Rental times are 6 hour blocks unless otherwise agreed upon. |
